How does the booking process work?
When you send us an email, we prepare a quotation with your requirements and send it to you. If you feel the price is okay, you can book a viewing with the team for us to come see the place and understand your vision.
Once you are satisfied and you agree to the price, we secure the date of the even for you. There are 2 ways you can secure your date.
1. You pay a deposit, most of the times it 50% deposit.
2. You choose to pay the full amount on the day of the event. This method does not 100% guarantee the booking, but you would be informed if your date becomes full because of another client that has paid the deposit
When and how is the tent setup?
We setup the tent when the client requires it. We advise that the setup be done the day before the event to make sure that the tent meets your requirement beforehand. We then most of the time remove the tent the day after the event. For security reasons the client may request we setup and take down the tent on the same day.
The tent setup time will differ according to the setup space. It usually takes some time if the tent needs to be secured to buildings as care needs to be taken as not to damage the building. Setup on open ground doesn’t take too long. A tent can be setup in almost any space.
